My client's request is pretty simpel but the JSM does not provide a native way to implement it. In fact, mu client wants that a particulaur custom field to be hidden except one the request reaches the final step when it will be available.
Do you have any proposition or a work arounf?

Use a transition screen, where is this field is on on the transiotn to the final status of the issue.
Remove it from any other screens.

This is the current behavior. Users are able to fill this field via a transition screen to the done status. My client wants that this field appears for all the issues in done status to consult the info.

Create a new screen based on the current screen on the issue, then in the screen scheme used by the issue (work item), associate this new screen to the view action and add this field to the screen.
