lost of project access for all users

All users have lost access to the project and no boards are showing anymore. 

Could anyone tell the reason?

Hi @Jardel Baldo ,

If everyone is experiencing this and the permissions are such that the users should have access then I would raise an issue with Atlassian Support. With that said you indicate loss of access to boards, what about the issues themselves? What about other projects?

But I can only consult the Community, because I use the Free version of Jira Service Management.
Is there any other support channel that I can activate besides https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Ah yes I see that now. Certainly the Community can be helpful. Can you share more info on your situation?
