I really have two different related questions, so listing them both here.

Part 1

We are building our first pages in a Confluence space mapped to a Service Desk. The pages are fairly long (imported from longer Word docs so every topic isn't its own page). It's a lot to scroll through in the topic pop-up that appears in Service Desk, and it's not searchable. I want to create a link to open the page in a browser in Confluence for easier consumption, which I've done.

However, the link makes no sense on the page once you're already viewing the page in the browser. Is there a way to allow the user in Service Desk to access the Confluence page without the link still being visible once you're viewing it in the browser?

Part 2

The other option I considered was only having certain pages appear in the Service Desk. I could make top level pages that have links to all the child pages as being the only things that appear in the Service Desk results.

So, Part 2 question is... can I set some pages within a space to NOT appear in the Service Desk help results, even though they are part of the linked space? I'd like to filter some out of the help results, even though they contain the keyword the user is entering in Service Desk.
