Hello

We are looking to add the 1st page of the portal on Multilanguage support or switch the language before the user will login to the portal.

The languages could be English and french for now.

We found out that will show the language to switch only after you are login to the portal.

Please let us know if you know another way around.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to the portal language, the login page will appear based on the system language. With this said, if the default language of your site (Cog icon > System > General configuration) is French, for example, customers will see the login page in French, even if the default language of their browser is English.

There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

• Respect the browser's default language setting before log in on the customer portal
• Setting Customers Language Improvement
