I created a KB space in Confluence and I linked it in Jira Service Desk. When I am in site I cannot view base url. It redirects to http://localhost:8090/display/PSDK

What is the base URL set within confluence?  You can set this with the instructions in Configuring the Server Base URL.

Also when you are in Jira, navigate to Cog Icon -> Applications -> Application links.  Edit your link to confluence and let me know what values you have set for both display URL and Application URL.

Lastly, it might be necessary to know more information about how confluence is setup to run.  It might help to see what values you have in the <Connector> tag of the $CONFINSTALL/conf/server.xml file.   This part of this file dictate what port Confluence will run on, but it also might contain other information in regards to whether or not there exists a proxy in front of Confluence that might be filtering or redirecting traffic to the site.
