knowledge base access

I would like to grant access to knowledge base to anyone but this option is turned off so I cannot make it. To whom I should contact? It says I need to contact confluence admin. How can I contact? Thanks.

Hi @Yeomin Kim and welcome to the Community!

Your Confluence administrator should be someone inside your organisation. Usually, that would be someone from IT. If you have an IT service desk in place or a way to ask for help with IT related problems, that seems like a good way to start.
