Hi Atlassian Support,

We are on the free plan, but our site appears to be incorrectly flagged as having a billing issue.

We are unable to create a Jira Service Management project and receive the error:
"Unable to add app – site is behind on payments"

We are not using any paid subscription.

Could you please fix the billing status on our site?

Here on the community we can't address this issue for you.

We are users like you, trying to help other users, but any relations to administration or billing can't be solved by us, this is an Atlassian only option.
