Hi Atlassian Support,

We are on the free plan, but our site appears to be incorrectly flagged as having a billing issue.

We are unable to create a Jira Service Management project and receive the error:
"Unable to add app – site is behind on payments"

We are not using any paid subscription.

Could you please fix the billing status on our site?

Hi @ops_team,

I am reaching out to provide clarity on the current status of your site subscriptions.

Our records indicate that your Jira Service Management subscription was on the Standard plan. Because this is a paid tier, the subscription has been deactivated due to non-payment. Please note that while your Jira subscription is currently on the Free plan, the Service Management component was not.

To resolve this and discuss your billing options or plan adjustments, you will need to open a formal support ticket with our billing team. They will be able to assist you in reactivating the service or migrating to a different plan level.
