jira service desk cannot pull email because of cluster lock

We use service desk data center and today mail puller functionality stopped suddenly. Jira healthcheck says it has a cluster lock and node holds lock for MailPullerExecutor.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Any idea to solution?

The solution is to restart the node.
