hi, how can we attach a file in task using teams location or any server

Hi @hira.iqbal 

You want to attach a file to a Jira issue, which is a file within Microsoft Teams?

I'd consider using a URL to link to the file instead. You might also be able to take advantage of smart link functionality, especially if the file is stored within OneDrive.
