To see issues on a JSM space, you wil need to have the role Service Desk Agent on the space, being an admin on a JSM space, will not grant you access to JSM tickets by default.
Also you need to be granted a JSM Agent license, even as admin.

Golden Atlassian Rule: Being an Admin doesn't grant you unlimited access to everything. Permissions are project-specific or global, meaning you only have access to certain things.
Check Project permissions related to this Issues and delete work item Permission.
