probably you are talking about JIRA instance (if you are able to submit a question here it means that you are able to login to Atlassian. Isn't it?).
If so, my suggestion is to involve some org-admin within your company first in order to perform a troubleshooting. If you are an org-admin my suggestion is to raise a support ticket to Atlassian team providing all the information about your site (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) .
