issue while editing email request

While editing the email request in project setting. getting below error.

We couldn't connect to your mail server

Something has gone wrong with your request. If symptoms persist contact your System Administrator. Check out our troubleshooting docs for help resolving the issue.

Connection to office365 is fine and also there is no log in jira.

Did you check the credentials for your email server? Are they correct?

What does the log says about this error?

I have configured Ouath2 also and test connection is successful. But in email request of project setting using that ouath 2 is also not working.
