While editing the email request in project setting. getting below error.

Connection to office365 is fine and also there is no log in jira.
Did you check the credentials for your email server? Are they correct?

I have configured Ouath2 also and test connection is successful. But in email request of project setting using that ouath 2 is also not working.

Can you take a look at the log file?

No any log found in catalina (in /opt) nor in /var/atlassian-data.

Delete your email connection and try again. But log files would be useful..
