issue for Jira Portal Search result

we are going to start using Jira Portal.

You can see from below screenshot, different keywords search show differently in SEND A REQUEST ABOUT

my question is:

1. What determines the SEND A REQUEST ABOUT list?

2. is the list configurable? if yes, where I can find this configuration and modify it

 It's not just the descriptions of the requests, it's also looking at the fields offered in them. 

where I can see those fields and modify them? cheers

Log into your Jira and have a look at what you see when you try to create a new request or issue.

It's searching the words used to describe the request types you have set up in the portals that this customer can see.  It's not just the descriptions of the requests, it's also looking at the fields offered in them.
