is it possible to hide or display an automation rule based on the type of issue in the same Jira project ? for example in Jira Service Desk if the issue is service request type then I want to show an automation rule while if the issue is a problem request type I don't want to show that rule

Unfortunately, at the moment the feature that you require is not available. Although we do have taken this feature request as an improvement.
It might be some time until we work on this due to some higher priorities on our backlog.
