I'm new to Jira.
I created an email handler to create incidents in my project.
Actually, the incidents are created and the type is "incident"!
I can see the incident from the "filter" and "queue,"
but when I enter the incident from the left sidebar, I can’t see the incident anywhere, even though I assigned it to myself.
I opened the edit page of the queue in the "incident" menu and saw there are two default conditions: one is "project" and another is "Ticket category."
I guess "Ticket category" is not set when the incident is created via email, and I cannot find where to modify the "Ticket category" of the incident.
Is this a bug? Or did I miss something?
