in help center portal can we manage columns??

in help center portal, I just want to add one column like Org name, as of now we have Type, Reference, Summary, Statu,s Service project, Requester and I want I we have one more column where we can see organization name. can you please help me on that???

Hello @Sunil Singh ,

The organization's field can be added to the internal agent view screens and shows up under the "Details" or "Show more fields" section if hidden in the agent view, but in the portal will be an option under the "Share With" section as shown in the article here:

However, there is not an option to add the field independently as a direct field addition to the request portal, it will only show as an addable share option to the end-users who have permission to view and share the organization they are attempting to share to.
