images not loading. Can't add dependancies between task and sub-task

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with JIRA where the images are not showing (see attachment) Windows 10 

But my bigger issue is that I'm not able to add the dependancies between task and a sub-task. When I try to do that an icon appears in the dropdown menu and it's loading forever (see attachment) 

I've deleted all browser history, cache etc.

-uninstalled the browser 

-updated windows

-syncronised the clock (as I heard it might help)

-reinstalled the browser 

-tried other browsers (firefox, Opera , Edge)

-Logged in on my macbook pro on safari and the issue is still there

Could anyone please help me out with this as I've tried everything and can't sort this out.
