I'm so completely lost. I signed up to train AI and there are so many parts I don't know what to do. and there isn't anything telling me what part is for what. I was on invisible/Meridian, now I'm at Atlassian....... I feel like I'm completely missing something. like where are the tasks. how do I clock my time and what is all this other stuff for? if there is someone who can give me a little insight it would be greatly appreciated. When i was at other places their onboarding basically told you step by step what to do, this is not telling me the 'how or why' about any of it.

Hi @Natalie Opsahl ,

I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with some answers about how to use Jira.

You've mentioned that you don't know where the tasks are. Do you have access to the board?

To clock time, you may use the worklog feature that is available on each work item. You just need to go to the three dots at the top right corner of a work item, and you'll see the option to add a worklog on which you can add time.

If you can provide me with some specifics about what you see and what you are trying to achieve, I can help you better to navigate Jira better.

I hope it helps.

Thank you.

Regards.

Hi @Natalie Opsahl , welcome to the Community! The suggestions by the other folks here are helpful, and from your questions it sounds like some basic info about how JSM works as an agent and as an admin (if that's also your role) would provide a good foundation. Here are some tutorials to get started, and definitely follow up in this Community with questions!

well, it started out at invisible/meridian then from there I kept getting emails to join this and that (like Atlassian & Jira) so to be very honest I'm not even sure I'm supposed to be here! lol I applied for an AI training position. (I'm willing to do pretty much anything and learn fast) but I do need slight instruction. Anyway, I'm going to watch the videos you shared, and I'll let you all know how it went. Thank you all for helping me!!

what's the difference and purpose of invisible/meridian compared to Atlassian/JIRA?

THANKYOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP. I'm determined to figure this out!
