i want to add a new user to lira service desk

Since Jira has changed i cannot find how to add a new user, i can't find the cog icon anymore, the dashboard has all changed and is no longer as useful as the old one, its more confusing!!! 

Please help, i just need to add a customer to our service desk, last time i did that was just before Jira was all changed the other month.

thanks, found my way to it now, the tool bar on the left of the screen had slid underneath another tool bar so I couldn't see it. 

I'd only just got used to the older version of Jira and navigating around, the new version has a lot of hidden things.
