i need to Add more columns for view in the portal field
Currently nothings shows expect these columns
i want to add SLA columns and Due dates to customers
Out of the box, you cannot display the SLA on the Customer Portal. There's a pending suggestion for this request: JSDCLOUD-325
The same goes for the Due date field: JSDCLOUD-4328
Please note that there are third-party Marketplace apps available that do meet these requirements.

Unfortunately for cloud those are the fields that can be display out oft he box.
You cannot add other that those that can be selected from the list.

In order to add more columns to the request list and also enhance the filters, you can check our app Advanced Portal Reports. You can use it to show your customers on the portal a table report with many details about their tickets from Jira: SLAs, Due date, custom fields, labels, etc. They can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets with a very simple UI.
