We are making some workflow changes in Jira, so we want to stop the Teams integration notifications to all users in Jira.
Could you please help us stop the Teams integration notifications for all users during these changes?

Fastest ways is to disable/remove the teams integration or ask your teams admin to mute the bot.

Thanks for your response. My request is to stop or disable the Microsoft Teams app notifications in Jira settings, if there are any possibilities.
As far as i know there’s no Jira-side setting to globally disable Microsoft Teams notifications for all users. The integration is managed either:
Inside Teams (via the Jira bot or app settings), orThrough the connector’s configuration
Jira itself doesn’t have a “pause Teams notifications” toggle. The only ways are:
Remove or disable the Teams integration app.Ask the Teams admin to mute or uninstall the Jira bot.
