how to set that two users will see the queue in servicedesk if users is not a even part of tickets

users is not a reporter,assignee as well as request participants

Hi @Varsha Gupta ,

users do not need to be any of that to see queues. Queues work as a JQL filters, so you can set whatever you want in there.

They need to have Service Desk Agent license though (along with project role according to the permission scheme - Service Desk Team).

Alternative to being an agent in the JSM project…If they happen to have a JSW or JWM license the can also see if the have Browse permission.
