how to set notification email daily before due date

i would like to send notification email to my customer on a daily basis till the set due date. how can i do that? 

another issue is can the email send to respective customer with the ticket number and summary in the mail?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can configure an automation rule to send daily notifications to your customer until the issue reaches the date provided in the Due date field. These would be the steps:

  1. Navigate to your SD Project > Project Settings > Project Automation (Not Automation)
  2. Click to create a new rule, setting the following details:

This is the background settings of the rule:

  1. The rule is triggered once per day, only for the ticket which has a due date that has not being breached yet.
  2. For each issue applicable in the trigger, the rule will send an e-mail notification to the related Reporter. Using the Smart values {{issue.key}} and {{issue.summary}}, the respective key and summary of the issue will be added to the e-mail notification.
