how to remove the projects from more portal option

Customers will see only the projects that they have permission to see. 

Refer to this documentation for managing customer access via the portal for projects.

You will need to review the Channel Access settings within the Project Settings for each project, and the Customer Access Settings at the site level.

Hi @Abilash

There is an option to hide portals from the home page under "Manage topics and portals" 

From the portal home page click Customize > Manage Topics and Portals then click the eye icon on the portal you want to hide.
