I'm trying to find a way to create jira service desk ticket from outlook email directly now. And I found that some of addons can help what I want to do.
But, In all of the addons pricing rule, purchasing price is calculated based on the user in my jira license. However, we just need the addons for only 10 people out of 100 users in our jira license and price difference is huge between 10 and 100 users. Is there any way to purchase addons only for 10 users in my license(currently i'm using jira server. not cloud)?
You don't.
An app/add-on/plugin for an Atlassian system has to be licenced at the same tier that the server is licenced at (if you have more than one application in Jira, then it needs to be at the highest tier you have)
You have 100 users in Jira, so your apps need to be licenced for 100, irrespective of who might use it.
