how to log automation rules executions in ticket activity

Hi,

Is there a way to log automation rules executions in the ticket history, to know which automation was executed (we already have a long list of automations)?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Rui RODRIGUES

Out of the box, you can't do it. Some workaround I'm thinking is to use a different actor for your rules. That way you will know which rule ran.

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- , thanks replying. Yes it's an idea but we have many automation rules and creating a user for each one it's no feasible. Of course we could do it by groups and this way narrow the options but still, it would be great if we could log the execution of the specific rule in the ticket.
