i need to get my learn smart password re set. i have been unable to password reset. as states my email is incorrect. a collegue told me to log a ticket on jira and i have no clue how.

Jira is just a ticketing tool, and you don’t need to know how to use Jira yourself to get help.

To reset your Learn Smart password, you need to raise a ticket through your company’s IT / Help Desk portal, not directly inside Jira. Usually this is a web link provided by your organization (for example: an IT Support or Service Desk page).

If the password reset says your email is incorrect, the IT team will need to check or update your account manually. Please reach out to your IT support team or manager and ask them for the correct Service Desk link to log the request on your behalf.

Once the ticket is created, the support team can assist you with the password reset.
