Our client is asking how they can close the ticket in their side. Can you please advise and help us how? Is this possible or not?
@Jasmin Palanca, welcome to the Community. Are you asking how the customer can do this from the portal? If so, you need to have admin rights and you need to update the associated workflow to expose the transition (resolve) on the portal. You will find a number of other threads that explain this in detail including example images. Please let me know if you have trouble finding the necessary steps.
