Hi. I am new in Cloud. How to add access to Project for customer?

Welcome to the community!

From the top right of your screen, select Settings ( ) > Products. Under Jira Service Management, select Customer access. Select Allow customers to create accounts. Select Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in.

You can directly invite the user to join your site:

1. User management -> Invite users

For Jira Service Management, you want to choose Customer as a product role.

When this is done, you need to give them the access to the project as customers.

To do this:

1. Go to your service management project and click Project Settings
2. Select People -> Add People

Add the new user to the Service Desk Customers role.
