hi i try to set send alert for a new ticket

hi i try to set send alert for a new ticket, i am adding all my staff and they get the alerts just fine but i don't get the alert.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In order to know we are on the same page here, please provide us with the following information and try the following steps:

  1. What kind of alert you are trying to send? Specifically, what is the trigger of the alert (Issue create, issue edit, etc)?
  2. Are you logged as an agent or a customer when tested the notification? Can you check if you are added as a request participant in the issue?
  3. By default, notifications are not sent to the user that triggered it. If you triggered the notification, you can configure the application to send notifications about your own changes by following the steps below:
    • Click in your profile picture at the bottom-left corner of the application > Settings
    • Flag the option to receive notifications of your own changes:

    • If it is a customer notification, you can configure the notifications to be sent to the user that triggered it by navigating to Project settings > Customer notifications > Click to edit a notification > Unflag the box "Exclude person who caused the action"
  4. Additional to that, check the steps of the documentation below based on the type of notification you are configuring:
