hi  , this is my workflow in service desk . i want when requester create  issue from portal automatic send approve to approvel.if user1 approved this issue than issue automatic transition in approved status

Hi @Nodar Vardiashvili

Once the user raises a request from the portal then the request/issue will go/show New status and assign it to the user.

From New status to Approved add one transition called Approve, so once the request assigned to a specific user he will click on approve transition button and then request/issue will be moved to approved status.
