forward e-mail to another project comment on the first project?

Hi

when i send e-mail to project A it creates a ticket and when i forward the same e-mail to project B it add a comment on project A not creating a ticket on project B?

how i can avoid this?

if the issuekey , e.g. ProjA-123 is in the subject then a comment is added to that issue. You need to remove the issue key from the subject.

there is no issue key in the subject or the body of the mail.

That is quite odd. Are You on cloud or server? Do you happen to be using an addon email handler like JETI (Email This Issue)? If so I’m thinking maybe there is an issue associated with it. Otherwise I might look at any automation you may have set up. Can you share a screenshot of your email (subject and body).
