How can I filter incoming mail on Jira Service Desk?
Example:
I have e-mail support@a.atlassian.net

Client A - @ abc.com.br and cleinte B - @ def @ .com.br
Send it to the support, right !?

How would you route client A to queue A and cleinte B to queue B?

Hey Gustavo,

I'd recommend creating Organizations for the clients you have. People from Client A can go in to Organization A and people from Client B can go in to Organization B. You can set up queues based on different Organizations in Jira Service desk.

Details on how to use Organizations and even how to create queues based on them are available here.

Cheers,
Daniel
