fields for agents

Hi. 

IN JSM I have portal groups (groups) and request types (rt) 

Something like this

group1 - rt1         group2 - rt1         group3 - rt1         ...

group1 - rt2         group2 - rt2         group3 - rt2         ...

group1 - rt3         group2 - rt3         group3 - rt3         ...

                             group2 - rt4                                      ...

.......

rt field is shown in agents board view

I want to add field also groups there and if i select group1 

then will show all request types in it (rt1,rt2,rt3 in the example) ets.

Hi @Kamil Askerov 

This can't be done, portal groups are from grouping request types on the portal.

You can simply see them as a folder structure.

This is not a field related to a request type.
