Hello,
I'm trying to import tickets from a different tool to JIRA service desk in CSV but I'm getting the following error message (attached).
Why it says that one project was created but no issues? I was loading data to a specific project previously created and nothing else was created.
The details error log does not clarify the issue either.
Do you know why this arror occur? Is there any standard template that could be used ensuring a proper load? Tempate that would narrow possible errors to minimum?
The CSV format as such was checked and is correct.
