error on create an email request

I cant delete an hidden request.

Iam trying to configure new EMAIL REQUEST but a I nedd to delete or configure the older one. but I cant delete.

I need to configure new ALIAS MAIL to mail support and receive requests from there, but I cant configure new one

Hi Bruno,

It looks like these 2 reported bugs:

• Unable to delete request type associated with email requests. (JSDCLOUD-5215) 
• Error when attempting to turn on Email Request if Email Request's Issue Type is Removed from Project Issue Type Scheme (JSDCLOUD-5042) 

Please try use the workaround described in the tickets.
