Hello Team, good afternoon.
I have a question and I would like you to please help me.
In jira service management (cloud), in the comments section, there are internal comments, where you can mention a user with @.
I need to figure out how those internal comments that have a user mentioned (Example: @Carlos please send the attachments tomorrow) arrive as a notification to the person's email.
This is possible?

@ mentioning in internal notes are sent to to the mentioned user if they have access to the project as either an agent or user, and if that user has enabled email for @ mentioning in their personal settings.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
