duplicate message when reply from customer in helpdesk

Hello guys,

 

When i reply on a reply given by a servicedesk user, as a Jira Watcher(customer) this happends. i get 2 messages in one message(See screenshots). Maybe it has something 2 do with the notifications.

Can you guys please help me out with this?

Is it possible that you had configured two mail handlers for your project? Check these two locations:

  • JIRA Administration > System > Incoming Mail
  • Project Settings > Email Request
