difference between deleting customer per project versus revoke access

Can the customers access their old requests if they have been revoked and later granted access OR deleted per project and added back.

What is the difference, trying to understand.

Personally, I prefer the revoke access method. Deleting the customer from the project will remove all their history association. Revoking access just removes their ability to interact with the project but keeps the history intact.

Hello, my customer got his access revoked and I want to restore his access how shall I do?

Hello, 

go to your administration 

select jira service management

search the user you want to grant access back

hit the three dot ... right corner of the users name

and select grant access. 

see attachment 

please hit like and accept
