Hi,
We are revamping our customfield (Category list of options), we disabled some values and for some we edit with a totally different description.
If we updated the option on position 1, will all the old ticket get the the updated description pointing the position 1?
Will the old tickets get the Category description based on the position defined in customfield configuration?
For the disabled options will the old ticket have the old value?
