customer notification

Hi,

i've created a customer notification in the jira servicedesk. There is always this sentence:

Always answer to this subject

How can i kill this sentence?

please provide a screenshot of the notification - project > project settings > customer notification, edit the specific notification. Is the sentence editable if so delete it. if greyed out then it cannot be removed.

Yes, It's grey. Is there no way to delete this message?
