creating new project without any customer

why when creating a new service management project, the latter systematically inherits all existing customers !!

How to resolve this problèm ? tks

Hi Lahcen,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you choose the setting "Customers added by agents and admins" in project settings the list will not be populated.
Doing so you will need to insert customers (add) manually, though.
