create subtask in classic projects with old view

The project has different types of subtasks.

Now it doesn't allow me to select what kind of subtask to create which had a different screen scheme associated. How can it be resolved? What change?

In another account of jira service desk cloud if there is the option, why the differences?

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community and thank you for adding the screenshots.

I tested here on my local site and it works when using the old and the new view:

Is this a new project that was created recently?

Can you enable the new issue view on your profile just to check if it shows the sub-tasks? Go to your Profile picture > Settings and enable Jira labs. The view will be the same as the gif I added above.

Have you double-check the Issue type settings on the project? Can you remove the sub-tasks, save the scheme and then add again on the scheme?
