cost of upgrading to service desk 2.0

Hello, I wonder could you tell me the cost of upgrading to 2.0?

I've just recently purchased a 100 user license but would much prefer to use the new pricing model for service desk. We host JIRA ourselves using server id: BPAY-1W8B-DSLR-P7FM.
