Hi Philip,

are you using Jira Cloud or Jira on a local Server?

This is how we solved nearly the same problem in our Company (Jira Server).

In our Company we got a IT Dashboard. This Dashboard shows the newest Issues and the issues we are currently working on. Our Dashboard is build with the Microsoft SQL Report Builder which is connected to our Jira Database.

What I try to say is that it would be the easiest way to get your information directly from the Jira Database.
