Did you mean:

choose all issue types regardless of request type

Hi,

Is it posible to enable all issue types for all the request types?

Now if I have a certain request type and change the issue type the request type gets overwritten.

Would be lovely to have both connected with a ticket.

Hi @Hanno-Wybren Mook

Unfortunately that would not be possible - each request is only linked to one issue type.  I believe this is because of the potential for different workflows, which would not easily adapt if the issue type could be changed easily.
