This cannot be changed by Cloud users. Normally, you could reach out to Atlassian Support and have them change this, at least once. However, I see you are on the Free plan so unfortunately you do not get Atlassian Support, you are limited to the Community and we don't have the ability to manage this for you. :-(
An option would be to create a new instance but that seems pretty extreme if you have much data in the current instance.
