×When I try to change my subscribtion ( which was a trial previously, now it's a paid one) from premium to standard, it's opening a page where I can choose Free or Standard, but when I select standard, it's opening a page for the support.
Is there a easy way to downgrade from premiium to standard?

Are you on a monthly billing cycle or an annual billing cycle?
Do you have sufficient permissions to manage the billing? If you are on the Original Billing Experience you must be one of the Billing Contacts for the subscription. If you are on the New Billing Experience you must be assigned to the Billing Admin role.
