I created a space of JSM and attempted to enable the knowledge base.
So, an error message is displayed and I cannot enable it.
(Moreover, the error message is vague, and I can't figure out how to fix it.)
I thought this error occurred because it had only been a short time since creating JSM space.
However, there has been no change even after more than 12 hours have passed since creation.
Do you know what to do in such cases?

You need to have the Confluence app to use the KB feature.
This can't be done without having Confluence.

I just tried creating a Confluence space on the same screen as you and got the same error. So, to solve this, try the opposite: go to Confluence first, create the space, then go back to the space (Jira project) and link the Confluence space. That way you should be able to do it!
I tested it here and it worked!
